TechAlpha: A Day of Tech Enlightenment
The students of Calvary Victory Comprehensive Institute assembled eagerly in the school hall, their faces alight with anticipation. Ambassador Treasure Idem, a passionate and engaging tech educator, was ready to ignite their imaginations and introduce them to the fascinating world of technology.
Ambassador Idem began with an engaging and heartfelt talk on the transformative power of tech skills. He shared captivating stories of tech pioneers who have revolutionized the world, emphasizing how technology can unlock a future filled with endless possibilities. The students listened intently, their dreams fueled by the promise of what they could achieve with the right skills.
TechAlpha: Immersive Tech Demonstrations
To make the learning experience unforgettable, Ambassador Idem conducted live demonstrations of coding, web design, and copywriting. He showcased how coding can bring websites to life, how web design can turn ideas into visually stunning online platforms, and how powerful copywriting can convey impactful messages.
The interactive session transformed the school hall into a vibrant hub of creativity and discovery. Students eagerly participated in basic coding tasks, experimented with design elements, and crafted compelling copy. The hands-on demonstrations allowed them to witness the magic of technology firsthand, transforming abstract concepts into tangible skills.
Highlight of the Day: Scholarship Awards
The most exhilarating moment of the visit was the scholarship awards, designed to recognize and nurture exceptional talent. Ambassador Idem posed a series of thought-provoking questions to the students, testing their understanding of the concepts discussed. Among the eager participants, three students stood out with their impressive answers: Enoto Idongesit, Samuel Emuakpeje, and Inemesit Nsisiong.
Enoto, Samuel, and Inemesit were awarded scholarships by TechAlpha Hub to be trained in web development, web design with WordPress, and copywriting. These scholarships will provide them with the tools, resources, and support they need to further their skills and pursue a future brimming with potential. The school hall erupted in applause, celebrating the remarkable achievements of Enoto, Samuel, and Inemesit.
A Vision for the Future
Ambassador Idem concluded the session by passionately encouraging all students to consider registering for the upcoming Tech Bootcamp, scheduled for the August long vacation. He explained that the bootcamp would offer an intensive and transformative exploration of various tech disciplines, equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the digital age.
