TechAlpha Hub’s Visit to CGSS; a Transformative agenda!

    Excitement and curiosity filled the air as TechAlpha Hub continued its impactful school tour with a visit to Community Grammar Secondary School, Ikot Akpabio. Our mission to enlighten and empower young minds about the vast opportunities in technology resonated deeply with the students and staff, making it a day to remember.

    A Day of Tech Inspiration

    The students of Community Grammar Secondary School gathered eagerly in their assembly hall, their faces reflecting anticipation and eagerness. Ambassador Treasure Idem, a dynamic and passionate tech educator, was prepared to unlock their potential and introduce them to the fascinating world of technology.

    Ambassador Idem began with an engaging and inspiring talk on the transformative power of tech skills. He shared captivating stories of tech innovators who have changed the world, emphasizing how technology can unlock a future filled with endless possibilities. The students listened intently, their dreams fueled by the promise of what they could achieve with the right skills.

    Immersive Tech Demonstrations

    To make the learning experience unforgettable, Ambassador Idem conducted live demonstrations of coding, web design, and copywriting. He showcased how coding can bring websites to life, how web design can transform ideas into visually stunning online platforms, and how powerful copywriting can convey impactful messages.

    The interactive session turned the assembly hall into a vibrant hub of creativity and discovery. Students eagerly participated in basic coding tasks, experimented with design elements, and crafted compelling copy. The hands-on demonstrations allowed them to witness the magic of technology firsthand, transforming abstract concepts into tangible skills.

    Highlight of the Day: Scholarship Award

    The most exhilarating moment of the visit was the scholarship award, designed to recognize and nurture exceptional talent. Ambassador Idem posed a series of thought-provoking questions to the students, testing their understanding of the concepts discussed. Among the eager participants, one student stood out with her impressive answers: Comfort Amos.

    Comfort Amos was awarded a scholarship by TechAlpha Hub to be trained in web development, web design with WordPress, and copywriting. This scholarship will provide her with the tools, resources, and support she needs to further her skills and pursue a future brimming with potential. The assembly hall erupted in applause, celebrating Comfort’s remarkable achievement.

    TechAlpha: A Vision for the Future

    Ambassador Idem concluded the session by passionately encouraging all students to consider registering for the upcoming Tech Bootcamp, scheduled for the August long vacation. He explained that the bootcamp would offer an intensive and transformative exploration of various tech disciplines, equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the digital age.
